1995 - 1999, major in civil law, in faculty of law of SHANGHAI University, B.E.
wrote several papers about copyright,trademark,right in rem.

Major Experience
2000-2002,as a young lawyer worked in SHANGHAI ZHONGYI LAW FIRM, major in real estate, and began to engage myself in legal proceedings and non-lawsuit affairs.
2001,passed and obtained "Trademark Agent Qualification Certificate" after an official examination.
2002 till now, as a lawyer worked in SHANGHAI DELSON LAW FIRM, major in dealing with commercial legal affairs (including lawsuit and  non-lawsuit affairs) for Chinese companies.
During 2003 to 2005,experienced a“ war” between a company and government. After about twenty battles brought out by the original case, proved to be a true litigation lawyer. In 2006,won the trust of Warner Music(East Asia) and became his counsel to deal with lawsuit and non-lawsuit affairs of it.
