HOW  WE  ACT




Negotiation can be conducted on two different positions.

Each of them has different implications, even if the used techniques are quite the same.





A negotiation of a dispute can be done:

We practice and offer both services, but we never confuse our activity, once we are asked to negotiate.


The distinctive moment is the early beginning of our action: in the position we start, we also end.


In other words:
  • we never change from a negotiation in a neutral position to a negotiation in one party interest 
                       AND
  • we never change from a negotiation in one party interest to a negotiation in a neutral position
