Neutral Evaluation
In Neutral Evaluation parties more simply ask to a neutral person to express an opinion – confidential and not binding - on a specific fact or a problem of or legal nature, without however resorting to the simulation of a process.
Also in Neutral Evaluation the neutral person is called to at last express own opinion approximately the issue submitted him by parties, declaring which it can be the solution corrected on the technical or legal plan, according to the nature of the question posed.
Consequently, this A.D.R system represents a sort of a judgment (even though not binding and expressed in confidential way), that leads to sort the true or just solution, thus anticipating the outcome of the appraisal which it could be reached in front of a court.

Expertise
Expertise must not be confused with Neutral Evaluation.
Effectively, in an Expertise the neutral person decides also the technical issue and parties are obliged to stand its implications: this can also happen within an arbitration procedure, that can start when the dispute has already led in litigation.
